Covid Vaccination Program

COVID-19 Passports

NHS Highland have advised
  • Patients should not contact your GP Practice to ask for a Covid vaccination passport or status certificate – they will not be able to provide any standard document.
  • International certification standards have not yet been agreed.
  • The Scottish Government is working to support the re-opening of international travel once it is safe to do so. Scottish Government is working with the other UK Nations and with the World Health Organisation to agree on potential future COVID certification requirements for international travel.
  • As part of this, Scottish Government are developing a technical solution that could allow people to access their Covid vaccination status directly.

Leaflet produced by Public Health England, available at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-vaccination-and-blood-clotting.

The practice is currently vaccinating our patients in Group 9

If you have not been contacted and are aged 50 years or over, or eligible by being part Groups 1 to 9 (see below) then please contact the practice on the above number and we will book your first vaccination.

Please be aware that the supply of the vaccines will dictate the availability of the appointments.

If you have a general query about the COVID-19 vaccine, please look on the NHS Inform website or use the national helpline 0800 030 8013 which is open from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. Vaccine rollout to the general public, based on age and underlying health conditions, and will depend on vaccine supply.

Please avoid calling with any general queries about the COVID-19 vaccine as we are unable to give you any more information at this stage and we need to try and keep phone-lines open for people who are unwell and needing medical care. Many thanks for your ongoing patience and cooperation.
